Plexos
International has completed integration of its Data Layer Plugin (DLP) and
Integrity Risk Assessment technologies within Louisville Gas and Electric (LG&E). LG&E, a Local
Distribution Company (LDC) has selected the PLEXOS
solution to provide Risk Management and calculation of High Consequence Areas
(HCA’s) within their distribution area. Specific requirements also included the
development of a module within the Integrity application to determine the
elevation of all pipelines utilizing digital elevation model (DEM) files.
Training included a one week on site demonstration and integration of the
software for both end user and system administration groups.
